Job Description

Do you want to make a difference in making privacy a core tenet of progress? For instance, do you think medical innovation should go faster provided it is not at the cost of privacy? If so, you are in the right place.

We're hiring a growth marketing manager to directly improve the way organizations around the globe use personal data in their innovation cycles. We have raised over €3M, delivered breakthrough science over the last 1.5 year, hired an outstanding team, published innovative approaches to privacy-preserving AI, built a product, signed first clients, and gone international. We're looking for someone ambitious to come and own Sarus's growth function.

You will be working directly with the CEO and founders who have a track record of building successful companies. You'll get support from us, but we want someone to own this. You'll join a fast-paced team where you'll be testing, learning and iterating. We're looking for someone smart, data driven and creative, who can ruthlessly prioritise, focus, and execute.

Your mission

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing an acquisition plan and setting up and running experiments from scratch. We want you to find the channels which really work for acquisition at Sarus
  • Understanding the barriers to purchase, and how to overcome them
  • Define the key metrics of the acquisition funnel, track and grow them
  • Learning about existing customers, how we create value for them, what we could do better and feed those insights into our product strategy. You'll use these learnings to generate clear actions to drive the marketing side of growth.

— If you progress, a technical interview with the CEO and the director of product, it will include an analytical task to prepare at home (~1hr)
— A short interview with the rest of the other two cofounders
